Our primary theoretical orientation at The Think & Do Center is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Our name says it all! We believe that if you can identify your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and make positive changes, that you can improve your mood and functioning, including your relationships.


CBT is an evidence-based collaborative approach between you and your therapist. It is action oriented and time-limited. One of the goals is to teach you how to become your own therapist.
