Meet Dr. Chanelle
CHANELLE T. BISHOP-GILYARD, PSYD, MS
Founder and Director of Clinical Services
Hi There! I'm so glad you stopped by! I'm Dr. Chanelle!

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in Pediatric Psychology. I have had the blessing of working with children and families for over 20 years! Since grown-ups play a very important role in the lives of children, it was important for me to gain experience working with adults as well! My passion is to help children and adults cope with life's challenges by teaching them special skills that will last a lifetime!

I have gained both clinical and research experience in a number of settings, including behavioral health centers, substance treatment centers, community mental health centers, and children's hospitals across the US. Areas that I specialize in are obesity/weight management, anxiety, depression, and sleep among others.

I received my Bachelor's in Psychology and Masters in Experimental Health Psychology from St. Joseph's University. I then pursued a another Masters and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (concentration in children and families) at La Salle University. I was super excited to complete my Internship/Residency in Pediatric Psychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Then, well, I was beyond elated to come back home to an amazing fellowship at the oldest Children's Hospital in the US! Along the way, I've enjoyed working with so many adults
and children from all different backgrounds! And, now, I'm really looking forward to working together with you!
